It was a close encounter we have experienced from this hongkong trip. Our family trip started on last friday. Upon reaching the hotel and switching on the television set, we read on the news that the suspected H1N1 case in HK has been confirmed. If you have been there, watching the local news and seeing the reports, you will be equally paraniod. The infected mexican has apparently traveled to HK and stayed in Metro Park Hotel in Wan Chai. We, were lucky that we did not share the same hotel else we would have been force to be quarantined in the hotel since day 1.

Although the report has dimmed our enthusiasm a little, but nevertheless, we went ahead to enjoy ourseleves with just extra careful and caution with our hygiene and constantly wiped and washed our hands.

Our trip was full of new experiences, fun and jokes. There were moments of frustrations but overall, the site seeings and shopping helped to make up for it.

My sis and I are fortunate to have our parents to buy us breakfast, and our brother who carried our shopping bags throughout the trip.

We definitely look forward to the next family trip!!!
