We used to play around at the carpark, plucking wild grasses and mimosa nearby and used a stone to grind it, making them into "herbs". Then I remember how I was bitten by a BIG RED ANT on my right shoulder (Yes, i still remember it bitten my RIGHT shoulder) and cried to my dad who carried me and rubbed some ointment for me. Everytime, we were served with big mugs of soya bean drinks and soya bean curbs to eat until I can feel my stomach bursting before we can leave. Hours and hours were spent there with my parents chatting away with my uncle and us, playing and playing and still playing (actually were waiting for the adult to finish their chats).
And so, when was thinking of where to have breakfast together in the morning, I immediately agreed to going Holland V. So we went back there on sunday morning, waking up early for some bird nest brewed over the night, then headed off for dim sum at crystal jade. Then was to the HV shopping centre, walking around seeing and buying some stuff before deciding to rest our feet at a cafe located at level 3. This cafe, well, has a special attachment to me, strangely though it is the 1st time I am going there. Becos something ever happen in that cafe before which was such a memory to me now thinking about what happened back then. Anyway! The coffee certainly smells nice~! but tasted so so only. Ambience is good becos it is not crowded and best is it is very cosy for family or couples or friends to have little chats for hours.
Then after the coffee, we continued at cold storage and shopped for some groceries before heading to the car to leave the stuff there and went off to continue, EATING.
Then was to the opposite lane to shop at this very interesting store which sells very very fun and colorful kitchen wares and beautiful utensils.
And finally, its time to head home but it's already 5pm by then. Indeed HV is considered a mini orchard you can spend your whole day there lazing around places to places, shops to shops, stalls to stalls. Sigh...if bro is with us shopping....he can help us carry the heavy stuff.... hehehehehe..looking forward to his return this friday! I cant wait to see his clean shaven head and count how many little kiwis he has trained on his stomach. Whahahahaha!
