It was another one of our gathering, this time, near her house at West Coast Plaza where she came with a tee shirt with printed word “Miss Slutty” in front of the tee. She said she spotted the tee and bought two, one for herself, another for me.
West Coast Plaza previously known as the Ginza Plaza has recently been in operation and majority of the stores are eateries. It is pretty easy to spot a café or a restaurant after a few steps you have walked.
We went to this Chicken Restaurant (I didn’t bother to see the name of the restaurant) and started ordering our food. The manager came over and took our orders, telling us that an additional of 3 dollars we will be entitled to soup, drink and dessert. So here’s the conversation I had with the manager:
Manager: What soup would you like?
Miu: Cream of Mushrooms
Manager: And drinks? We have Root beer, Pepsi and Sprite
Spider Vixen: Give me rootbeer
Manager: What about you miss?
Miu: What drinks do you have?
(Spider Vixen and manager laughed)
Manager: Your soul is somewhere else huh? We have Root beer, Pepsi and Sprite
Miumiu: Hahaha! Er…give me coke.
(Spider Vixen and manager laughed)
Manager: Oke, you mean pepsi? Ok.
After the little episode I had, Spider Vixen and I had a wonderful time laughing and teasing each other until we walked to the counter to make payment. The same manager served us again and before I left his counter, he said “Dun be nervous next time huh Miss!”
While walking about the mall with my spider vixen, she suddenly had an idea about waxing or threading. We went to this particular store and asked about pricing. After some ponder, at first seeing Spider V sitting on the chair waiting for her “punishment”, I decided to join her and gave it a try.
Then here came episode two.
The lady (looking at her, I guess she is from Bangalor) who threaded my face, puffed my right face with some powder, and with her strong arms, she held the thread in both her hands and her teeth and began working. I could smell her breath right under my nose, I almost wanted to die at that instant. While holding my breath whenever I can, and anticipate if the next portion she is going to thread will cause me much pain, I could only laugh and curse myself for agreeing to do it in the 1st place.
Then suddenly she asked me to “bok”. I looked at her with question mark on my face until she decides to demonstrate to show me. “Bok” means, to trap air in my mouth to puff up my cheek so that she could thread. I “bok” my right cheek while she worked hard and fast to thread off the facial hair. Then, either she had over exerted her strength or my facial hairs are too thick, the thread snapped a couple of times. My bladder almost burst, while I wait in anxiety when can I stop “bok-ing” and when will she be done with my face.
Then! While threading my chin, she was too overzealous until she threaded my lip too. I had to stop her and she apologized. Yes it bleed a little (and it still feels sore right now), but considering the fact that she is very hardworking, I forgave the whole incident and continued with the rest of the session with her, grabbing a piece of tissue in my hand while my bladder was still about to burst.
The pain only came when she did my left eye lid. I was told to “stretch”. I looked at her feeling puzzled, then she held my hands, directing me to close my eyes and use both my hands to stretch the eye lid (upper and lower) so that she could thread. Seconds after she started working on it, I went “ah!”…then “Ah!”….”AH! AH!” then “Stop! Stop!”. I sat up right and looked into the mirror, laughing. Yes she did a good clean job but by then, my eyes were watery and redden. The pain does not really last very long and after a good 15 mins or so, the whole episode finally came to an end with me making a quick payment and rushing off to the washroom to save my bursting bladder.
If you ask me if threading is fun? Yes, if its painful? Not really, if you think you should do it? I will still say yes!
So much for the experiences I had with Spider Vixen. Till our next appt at the threading shop again! Ah! Ah! AH!

I wanted to try for my wedding then, they said it's not good for sensitive skin because the pores will no longer have hair to protect them.
Maybe I should try it one day.
