FOOD!!

Been wanting to blog about this. This happen some time back and yes, I am going to teach you how to whip a simple dinner for yourself and your loved ones! Guys, If Yan can do it, Miu can do it, SO CAN YOU. Here it goes!

First and foremost, cook the rice. How to get it done? A cup of rice is enough for two persons share. Wash the rice twice, drain away the water, fill it with water again. The ratio of water to rice should be 2 : 1. Roughly lah, slightly lesser is oke.

Then! Prepare your ingredients!! Sort them out nicely like this:

PRAWN OMELETTE

Fry the omelette first. How to? Crack the eggs, add bit of salt and light soya sauce and beat fast and well (till you can creat some bubbles). Cut and add in the spring onion (is that what it called?) and diced prawns. Warm the wok, add vegetable oil, heat up wok with bigger fire and evenly spread the egg mixture into the wok. Over turn the omelette on both sides.

FRENCH BEANS WITH PORK AND PRAWNS

Bring the french beans to boil. Do not over boil it. Drain the water and leave it aside. Warm the wok, add a little oil, fry the chopped chives and add diced prawns and diced pork till half cooked, add in oyster sauce. Add a little water if you need. Then pour in the cooked french beans and stir fry a little then scoop onto plate.

SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS

How to do pork chop?? Easy! Slice the pork, marinate with light soya sauce, pepper and salt. Then! Uses the corn flour to coat a layer on the each pieces, heat up the wok, slide in the meat.

Prepare the sauce: Add tomato sauce, abit of chili sauce, salt, sugar, plum sauce, chicken stock. Heat the work, add tiny bit of oil, then pour in the mixture, add some water stir till boiling, then get some corn flour, add with bit of water to make it into a mixture and pour into the wok, stir fast and the sauce will get more starchy. Place the meat on a nice plate and pour the sauce on top of it.

And there! you got your simple dishes whipped!!! Isnt it just so simple??????
