Has always been wanting to do this. But never got to search the right website. Search online always lead me to parental adoption instead. But thats not what I want.
Thanks to sis, she manage to find the right website for me. Actually been contributing mthly to Children Cancer Foundation and Club Rainbow. Though the amount may not be significant but! A little from me and others could accumulate into a large amount to help those who are in need! Nothing is too small from you and me. :)
For a 35 bucks (I think is in USD) per mth, you can sponsor a child for either their education, well being, health checks, basic needs.

Yo, I think it is $45 SGD... At least that's what I paid... And really, after a few years (maybe 2 - 3 years), they will tell you that the project is completed and that community is self sufficient...
Then you can decide to adopt another child... However, every now and then, the child will send you letters... You can correspond back and still maintain the good relationship...
Actually all I care is if I have help in any ways. I think it's a blessing to be able to offer help to others.
