Cool... Where's the flea market? (Near the building Cathay cineplex is located?)

Do you still have the Tears of the moon?

Btw, do you roughly had any idea what the Willow Tree is about? Been considering it but always give it up as not sure if I will like it... It's that show in Persian right?

Hmm, Ghost, did not notice have this show? Is it that one with "Oh, my Love, my darling..."?

Hee, also wonder if you did watch the Piano Tuner of Earthquake? Hee, strange thing is that my interpretation is completely off... Lol...

The willow tree is about a blind man who has his sight restored but the world he see when he was blind and when he regain his sight, was completely different. The total different feel, the joy, everything. I believe it will definitely make someone cry.

Ghost is about chinese illegal immigrants and of their struggle and near death risk they took in order to live a better life yet just a simple request. Something which is going to make me cry a pail of tears again.

I am a sadist who likes to watch such life stories that will just make me cry and cry and cry. I just love to cry. LOL!

The flea is at somewhere out there, its a secret hiding place.

I have not watch Piano Tuner.

LOL, and Somewhere out There reminds me of a song I liked a lot...

Somewhere out there...

Somewhere out there beneath the pale moonlight
Someone's thinking of me and loving me tonight

Hi Miu,

Maybe the Willow Tree will disappoint me... It's not as what you think it is... It's just a very common story of betrayal, ungratefulness and forgotten promise...

The feeling is not really so intense...

Basically this is my sentiments...

Artistic and let you express your imagination, it can hold a finger to Piano Tuner...

Thoughts provoking, it's not even there... I prefer minority report...

Emotion evoking... Well, not much I can see... (did not stress a lot in that show)... Blood Diamond and Braveheart is more emotion evoking...

Basically, this is what I feel, it's just a very common show...

Lol, so many typo errors...

I mean it cannot hold a finger to piano... :P

However, that part when he just regain his sight... I quite like that... He's just like a child then...

Also, the part when he's scared of the ugly looks of "the blind" drive back the point how unappreciative he is of his wife...

Btw, for your info, Willow Tree did not concentrate much on the feelings of the professor...

It concentrate too much on a story that is common and boring... If they concentrate more on the feelings of a blind person when blind and how he felt when regaining sight, it will be worthwhile watching...

But it's impossible to know the feeling unless you are someone who had regained sight after 38 years of living in total darkness and having people sympathize you... (All in all, the emotions they just bring it through briefly...)

Lol, will not be watching Ghost and if you watched it and it's nice, please drop a note in your blog... However, I think I will trust my intuition now...

Hee, changed my mind and decided to catch Ghosts today...

From its synopsis, seems to be a good show... Thanks for recommending the show and hope that it turns out much better than Willow Tree...

I suspect it's something near to Blood Diamond... And even from the name they had chosen, I believed that it's worth watching...

Blood Diamond - the name of the red diamond which is rare and worth a lot and also mean blood stained on the diamonds...

Ghosts - Invisible and in a certain sense does not exists... Illegal Immigrants are like that... Does not show up in social security network thus in a sense invisible... Does not exists as they are not supposed to be there...

Let's pray that it will be a good show... Will leave my feedback here...

And please inform me next time if there are any good show... The only sad thing about watching such shows is that mostly you have to watch it alone :(

Hey! watching it alone is an luxury ok. I will watch movie alone when I have the time at odd timing when the its not crowded. I love the feeling of watching movie alone in the theater, best is when no one else in the theater besides you. I will smuggle food in, taking off my shoe, have a cardigan over me, and munching away or dozing off, LOL! Dozing off dun happen most of the time but that happened before.

Its a luxury to watch movie alone esp in a less crowded theater. Learn to enjoy it. :)

Lol, I never had the chance to watch movie truely alone... Always had someone in the cinema... However, if truely alone, that will be worth the price of the ticket... Hee, they play the show just for you to watch...

But it's always sad when there is no one to talk to regarding that show... That is what I meant by alone... If you talk to your friends, they will treat you as an outcast...

Why I bother to explain? Aiyah, you don't know want lah...

Lol, made a fool out of myself...

GHOSTS is the chinese word for Ang Mo Kiu...

Well, it is quite worth watching and its based on a real story where 23 chinese immigrants was drowning picking cockles...

However, it can be improved more... To fully enjoy you, you must use your imagination... Imagine how the character will actually feel and intensify the emotions they are trying to portray and the injustice (bullying) to the illegal immigrants...

The most emotional part to me is the part when Ai Qin call back home and she's almost breaking down from the culture shock, tough work, inhumane treatment etc... Yet she had to force back her emotions and tell her family that she is well... After putting down the phone, she collapsed into tears...

Also, anybody watching it please take note of the timing to get a feel of the long hours they worked... 8.30 am to midnight...

Also it already shows how life is hard enough for them even before the troubles of the locals picking troubles on them...

Also, those conditions they had to put up with (for 6 months) to get transported there...

-----------------

Artistic film I cannot appreciate... On the way back home from Vivo after watching Ghosts, I sat beside a handsome young boy watching a very artistic show... All the scenes in the film are so well taken and so beautiful, yet I cannot link the story together...

Thus I guess that those artistic film without trying to tell something is not for me...
