Simplicity = Uniqueness
I decided to go out today. Its been so long. Finally I decided I wanna go out. Went to Bugis for a nice short shopping and bought a tee. You may think I am crazy. But I bought a tee for 50 bucks. I do have the mental struggle in me when I was in the fitting room, whether to purchase it or forget it. It was a simple tee, one shoulder to the back was stitched with a big flat piece of lace. So when you wear the tee, you can actually see the hollows from the lace, showing the shoulder all the way to back. I find it damn unique. The staff reassured me that I should buy when she mentioned that it is the only piece per design in the store. Without further hesitation, I bought it. The simplicity and uniqueness of the tee, plus there is only one piece per design that got me deciding to get it no matter what.
Then its dinner time! Finally a decent meal after so long eating packet food at home. Ginnise and I went to this cafe along the bugis street for dinner. I simply love the ambience and pork chop! The special thing about the pork chop is, the chef had it pan fry with a layer of coated egg. So when you chew on the pork chop, you can taste the fragrance of the omelette's smell. Wooh!!!! The salad is nice, the coffee is thick and creamy, the soup and garlic bread is appetizing, the dessert, a cream cum egg pudding (taste like Portuguese egg tart) with burnt sugar on top is simply heaven!!!!
I recommending this cosy place to everyone who likes the country road ambience with a sprinkle of simplicity feel. Nothing fanciful. But the pork chop is my fav!!!!! Simplicity is uniqueness! Pork! Pork! Pork!
